Delicious overnight oats with raspberry chia Jam in 3 Simple Steps

Try your hand at making this deliciously unique overnight oats raspberry jam. It only takes 20 minutes!
For the Jam:
- 500g raspberries
- 4-5 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp lemon juice
For the Oaks:
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 120ml almond milk
- 1/2 vanilla pod scraped
- 1tbsp almond butter
- a small handful of raspberries
- 6 tbsp rolled oats
1.) Chia Jam, Combine the fruit with maple syrup and gently simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt, chia seeds and lemon juice and stir well. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes until thickened. (Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours)
2.) Overnight oats, Mixed together the maple syrup and almond milk, then combine the vanilla seeds and alond butter. Net add raspberries and top over the oat. (Leave overnight to soak).
3.) In the morning add a layer of oats and jam into a jar, we recommend the 500ml Mason jar.
