Michelada

Try your hand at making Amy Fazio fantastic mason jar Michelada recipe. It's so easy to make and can be taken on the go.

Ingredients:

  • Salt
  • 1 tsp of celery salt
  • 2 lime wedges
  • enough ice needed to fill the jar
  • 4oz of tomato juice
  • juice from 1 and half limes.
  • 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 dashes of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 bottle of Mexican beer

Directions:

1.) Mix the salt and celery salt together if you're planning on salting the rim of the jar.

2.) Coat the rim with lime.

3.) Pour the tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and lime juice into the jar.

4.) When ready to serve, coat the rim of the jar with salt and lime. Fill the remaining jar with ice and beer until full.
