Rhubarb Gin

Ever fancied making your own G&T? Well here's your chance with our simple step by step guide.


  • 1kg Pink rhubarb stalks
  • 400g Caster sugar
  • 800ml Gin


  • Was the rhubarb, trim the stalks and remove the base/leaves.
  • Make sure all talks are cut into 3cm lengths
  • Using any of our large jars, add in the stalks and sugar.
  • Shake firmly before putting a lid on and leave overnight.
  • After 24hrs, add your choice of gin and re-seal before leaving for 4 weeks.
  • Strain the gin off through a muslin-lined sieve before serving.
  • Finally enjoy with plenty of ice and your favourite tonic.
